Your rights
Under the GDPR and French data protection law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to certain processing.
Submitting a request
Use the Contact page or write to LMAT SAS, 2 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France. LMAT SAS may request proof of identity where there is reasonable doubt in order to protect personal data.
Response time
LMAT SAS will respond within one month of receiving a complete request. This period may be extended by two months for complex or numerous requests, as provided by the GDPR.
Complaint
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
